Morghan Leia Richardson is a divorce attorney, consultant and mediator in New York City. She is a partner at the law firm of Davidoff Hutcher & Citron LLP.
Experienced in litigation and family law issues that accompany Divorce, Morghan is a resource on issues like Custody, Child Support, Father's Rights and Marital Property issues, including asset discovery and protection. She was named a New York Rising Star by Super Lawyers in 2013 onwards (Top lawyers under 40), and participates on the New York State Bar Association's Section for Women in the Law.
Morghan worked for national litigation firms as an associate in high-stakes state and federal cases. She previously worked as a news reporter in Texas and Florida, which fueled her desire to attend Tulane Law School in New Orleans. Morghan worked as an extern for Federal Magistrate Judge Louis Moore in the United States Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, and served as a Managing Editor for the Tulane Maritime Law Journal.
Morghan juggles her job as an attorney with her other job as divorced mom. She is licensed in New York, D.C. and Maryland.
